1. Introduction and Acceptance

1.1 Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and Freedom World Group Limited, a legal entity organized under the laws of the British Virgin Islands ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of The Freedom Planets game ("Game"), including all related services, content, and updates.

 

1.2 Acceptance

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you:

Confirm that you are at least 20 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). If you are younger than 20 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must get permission from a parent or legal guardian to open an account, and that parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms. If you do not understand this provision, please do not create an account until you have asked your parent or legal guardian for help. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor who is creating an account, you must accept these Terms on the minor's behalf and you will be responsible for all use of the account or services, including purchases or other transactions made by the minor in connection with the services of the Game, whether the minor's account is now open or created later and whether or not the minor is supervised by you during such purchase or other use of the services. Agree to these Terms, Freedom World Terms and Conditions, NFTs Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Code of Conduct.

 

1.3 Definitions

Unless the context requires otherwise, the capitalized terms used in these Terms shall have the following meanings:

“Account” has the meaning given to it in Clause 2.1 (Freedom World Account) of these Terms.

“Freedom Planets” means blockchain-based non-fungible tokens (NFTs) that function as digital game assets within the Freedom World ecosystem. Ownership of a Freedom Planet grants the holder the ability to interact with, customize, and enhance Freedom Planets within Freedom World. 

“FDS” or “Freedom Shards” means a utility token created and owned by our group company, which is an in-game reward to Users who have purchased Freedom Planets and subsequently engaged in customizing or decorating Freedom Planets with the Structures.

“FDM” means a utility token created and owned by our group company, which is used to purchase the Freedom Planets and Structure from the Freedom World Marketplace. 

“Freedom World” means Freedom World application, which is a digital platform, whether in mobile application or web-based form, operated and provided by our group company, through which Users can access, download, and interact with various digital services and content, including but not limited to the Game, community features, and other related functionalities made available from time to time.

“Freedom World Marketplace” means the official digital marketplace operated by our group company, where Freedom Planets may be traded, sold, or transferred exclusively among Players.

“Shard Production Score” means the score that reflects how effectively Users manage and enhance Freedom Planets, taking into account in-game activities, resource utilization, and other factors determined by us.

“Structure” means any digital in-game construction, enhancement, decoration, or modification that a Player applies to a Freedom Planets using FDM as determined by us. Structures are inseparable from the Freedom Planets to which they are applied, form part of its, and are automatically included in any transfer, trade, or sale of Freedom Planets.

 

2. Account Registration and Requirements

2.1 Freedom World Account

To access and use the Game, you must register and maintain an active account through the Freedom World (“Account”). Each individual is permitted to maintain only one Account. The sharing, selling, or transferring of Accounts to any other person is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of access to the Freedom World.

 

2.2 Identity Verification

Users must verify their email address as part of the Account registration process. In certain circumstances, we may require additional identity verification, such as the submission of a government-issued identification card for purposes including, but not limited to, account recovery, security reviews, or the investigation of suspicious or unauthorized activity. 

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during the verification process may result in the immediate and permanent termination of the User’s Account.

 

2.3 Account Security

  1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials.
  2. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account via support@freedom.world.
  3. You acknowledge and agree that we have no duty or obligation to verify or confirm the actual identity of the person who accesses your Account using validly issued credentials.
  4. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your Account.

 

3. Overview

Freedom Planets are blockchain-based non-fungible tokens (NFTs) that serve as core digital game assets within the Freedom World ecosystem. Each Freedom Planet is unique, verifiable on-chain, and owned entirely by the Player who acquires it. Ownership grants the Player the ability to interact with, customize, and enhance Freedom Planets through in-game activities.

Players may own multiple Freedom Planets and can improve them by constructing Structures using FDM. 

Freedom Planets can be freely traded, sold, or managed exclusively through the Freedom World Marketplace. All transfers are governed by applicable Freedom World Marketplace rules.

 

4. Ownership and Asset Rights

When you purchase Freedom Planets, you acquire full ownership of the corresponding non-fungible token (NFT), subject to blockchain network rules, pursuant to the NFTs Terms and Conditions (as applicable). You may trade, sell, or transfer your Freedom Planets through the Freedom World Marketplace, subject to all times to Freedom World Terms and Conditions.

By purchasing, holding, or transferring a Freedom Planet, you acknowledge and agree that all Structures associated with Freedom Planets are inseparable and will automatically be included in any sale, trade, or transfer of the Freedom Planets. You further accept that you cannot sell, transfer, or dispose of Structures independently from the Freedom Planets with which they are associated.

Ownership is permanently recorded on-chain and grants you a limited, transferable license to use the Freedom Planets and Structures within the Freedom World ecosystem.

 

5. Payments and Transactions

The prices of Freedom Planets and Structures are denominated and payable in FDM, calculated at the current market rate at the time of the transaction. If your wallet balance is insufficient, you are required to top up with additional FDM before completing the purchase. 

By completing a purchase, you:

  1. Acknowledge that all sales are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
  2. Agree to resolve any payment-related disputes directly with the applicable payment processor.
  3. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to adjust or change the prices of Freedom Planets and Structures offered on the platform. Any such change will apply only to future purchases and will not affect transactions that have already been completed.

 

6. Distribution of FDS

6.1 FDS is a transferable in-app utility token that may be distributed as in-game rewards to Users who have purchased Freedom Planets and subsequently engaged in customizing or decorating those Planets with Structures. The issuance, allocation, and quantity of FDS are determined solely by us on a best-effort basis and must not be construed as a guaranteed yield, interest, dividend, or financial return of any kind.

6.2 Each active Freedom Planets generates a Shard Production Score, which is one of the factors used to calculate potential FDS rewards. The Shard Production Score is an indicative measure only and does not represent a fixed or direct entitlement to receive FDS. A higher Shard Production Score generally increases the likelihood of receiving a greater amount of FDS, provided that the actual amount of FDS rewards shall remain subject to our sole discretion, including the right to determine and modify at any time the rules, rates, formulas, and parameters governing the distribution of FDS.

6.3 The mechanics governing FDS distribution, including reward frequency, tokenomics, and in-platform utility, may be changed or updated at any time. Future governance may also allow FDM holders to participate in decisions regarding FDS utility and distribution.

6.4 FDS has no inherent monetary value, is not redeemable for cash or cryptocurrency, and may not be exchanged or traded outside of the Freedom World ecosystem. Nothing in the Game or Freedom World should be interpreted as a promise, offer, solicitation, or inducement to invest in FDM, Freedom Planets, or any related products or services. Users are solely responsible for their own decisions to purchase, hold, or trade Freedom Planets and acknowledge that FDS rewards may be reduced, paused, or discontinued entirely at our discretion.

 

7. Freedom World Marketplace

7.1 We operate an official marketplace through which Users may trade, buy, and sell Freedom Planets. Transactions conducted within the Freedom World Marketplace include both (a) transactions between Users, and (b) transactions where we (or our affiliates) act as the seller of Freedom Planets and Structures. All transactions conducted within the Freedom World Marketplace are executed pursuant to our rules, fees, and policies.

7.2 We do not guarantee the liquidity, value, or availability of Freedom Planets listed on the Freedom World Marketplace. All trades, listings, and transactions conducted between Users are undertaken at the User’s own risk. Except in case of our negligence or willful misconduct. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from transactions on the Freedom World Marketplace, including those caused by the actions or omissions of third parties.

7.3 We may impose a fee on each transaction conducted on the Freedom World Marketplace. By listing a Freedom Planet for sale or agreeing to purchase a Freedom Planet from another Player, you acknowledge and accept the obligation to pay such fee as specified and displayed in the Freedom World Marketplace. The fee will be applied automatically upon completion of the transaction, and you agree to be bound by any such fees associated with your activities on the Freedom World Marketplace.

7.4 Freedom Planets may be traded, sold, or transferred among Players exclusively through the Freedom World Marketplace. Any attempt to trade, sell, or transfer Freedom Planets through in-game chat, posts, private messages, within the Game or us, or through any other unofficial channel is strictly prohibited. We shall bear no responsibility or liability for any transactions, losses, or disputes arising from the transfer or sale of Freedom Planets conducted outside of the Freedom World Marketplace.

7.5 We expressly reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account found to be involved in such unauthorized activity.

 

8. Loss and Replacement

We will use reasonable efforts to maintain the proper functioning of the Game, including Freedom Planets, Structures, FDM, and FDS. However, we cannot guarantee that they will always be available or free from error. We are not obligated to restore or replace any Freedom Planets, Structure, FDM, or FDS  that are lost, deleted, or rendered inaccessible due to technical issues, account suspension or termination, wallet mismanagement, unauthorized access, or any actions or omissions by you or third parties. This includes, without limitation, losses resulting from software bugs, system failures, user error, or compromised credentials. Replacements will only be made where required by applicable law, and solely at our discretion.

 

9. User Conduct 

Users are required to act in good faith while participating in the Freedom World ecosystem. By accessing or using the Game, you expressly agree to comply with the following conduct standards:

9.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  1. Engage in any fraudulent, exploitative, or abusive activity, including fraudulent transactions or chargebacks related to FDS, FDM, Freedom Planets, or Structures;
  2. Manipulate the prices of Freedom Planets or Structures, FDS rewards, marketplace behavior, or any other in-game economic mechanisms;
  3. Use unauthorized third-party software, cheats, hacks, exploits, bots, macros, automation tools, or scripts;
  4. Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or modify Game code or digital assets;
  5. Circumvent or interfere with our rules or engage in off-market Freedom Planet sales or transfers; and
  6. Maintain more than one Account at any given time, or use multiple Accounts to gain an unfair advantage (e.g., accumulating additional FDS or FDM).

9.2 Behavioral Standards
 You must:

  1. Treat all Players and community members with respect.
  2. Refrain from hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory behavior of any kind;
  3. Avoid disruptive conduct that impairs others’ enjoyment of the Game or the Freedom World Marketplace;
  4. Adhere to all chat, communication, and community guidelines as set forth in our Terms and Conditions and policies.

 

9.3 Enforcement and Penalties
Violations of the above may result, at the sole discretion of the Company, in one or more of the following actions:

  1. Temporary suspension of Account access (ranging from seven (7) to thirty (30) days, depending on severity);
  2. Permanent Account bans, which may restrict access to use of Freedom Planets (while blockchain ownership remains intact);
  3. Forfeiture of Freedom Planets, FDM, or FDS without refund or compensation;
  4. Legal action for serious or egregious offenses, including but not limited to fraud, intellectual property theft, or other unlawful conduct.

 

10. No Guarantee

The acquisition of Freedom Planets is based on a randomized system. The rarity of Freedom Planets and associated Structures is not determined by, nor dependent upon, the quantity of FDM purchases. We does not guarantee the characteristics, rarity, or specific attributes of any Freedom Planet or Structure obtained through purchases or transfers, nor does it guarantee any associated FDS distribution.

 

11. No Financial, Legal, or Investment Advice

11.1 The Game, including but not limited to the acquisition and use of Planets, is intended solely for entertainment and digital engagement purposes.

11.2 FDM and FDS are not securities and must not be treated or construed as financial instruments, investment contracts, or investment vehicles. Nothing in the Game should be understood as an invitation to make any kind of investment.

 

12. Game Modifications and Updates

12.1 We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Game at any time. Where reasonably practicable, we will use best efforts to provide advance notice to the Users. This includes, but is not limited to, changes to game mechanics, features, pricing, Freedom World Marketplace rules, or digital asset functionality.

12.2 These Terms may be amended from time to time. Your continued access to or use of the Game following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.

12.3 We shall not be liable for any losses, dissatisfaction, or impacts on gameplay, asset utility, or user experience that may result from such modifications or updates.

 

13. Termination and Account Deletion

13.1 Voluntary Termination:

  1. You may request Account deletion by submitting an email through support@freedom.world.
  2. Deletion requests are subject to identity verification and may take up to thirty (30) days to process, or a longer period at our discretion. Upon account deletion, any Freedom Planet will not be removed, unless they have been traded or transferred prior to the deletion of your account.

13.2 Involuntary Termination
We may, at its sole discretion, suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate a user’s Account in the event of:

  1. Repeated or severe violations of these Terms;
  2. Fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or payment disputes;
  3. Illegal conduct or noncompliance with applicable regional laws and regulations.

Termination under this clause may also result in the forfeiture of Freedom Planets, Structures, FDM, or FDS without refund, and does not limit our right to pursue additional legal or equitable remedies.

13.3 Effects of Termination:

Upon termination of your Account:

  1. Your access to the Game, as well as all Freedom Planet, Structure, FDM, and FDS, shall be revoked;
  2. Freedom Planets will remain in your possession as blockchain assets recorded on-chain, but will lose all in-game functionality within the Freedom World ecosystem;
  3. Any remaining FDM or FDS in your Account may be subject to separate handling (including management, transfer, refund, or other disposition) as determined at the sole discretion of us;
  4. Player data may be retained and processed as required by applicable law, in accordance with the our Privacy Policy.

 

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to losses, claims, or expenses arising out of or relating to:

  1. The loss, theft, or unauthorized use of FDM, FDS, Freedom Planets, Structures, or any other digital assets associated with the Game;
  2. Mistaken or unauthorized purchases, sales, or transfers conducted by the user;
  3. Changes in in-game outcomes, mechanics, balance adjustments, or the discontinuation of features;
  4. Marketplace disruptions, delays, or disputes not directly caused by us.

 

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through negotiations. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration or mediation as mutually agreed by the parties.

 

16. Miscellaneous Provisions

16.1 Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, blockchain network outages).

16.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

16.3 Language: These Terms are provided in English. Any translation of these Terms (if any) is provided for convenience only and shall have no legal effect. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
