The Freedom Merchant App is free to download and use. However, each transaction processed through the app is subject to a platform fee and a payment service provider fee. The transaction fee varies depending on the payment method selected by the customer. Merchants can choose whether to absorb this fee or pass it on to customers through the payment configuration settings in the console.

Yes. The community owner can assign multiple staff emails to access the Merchant App under the same community, making it easy for teams to manage operations together.

All top-up payments are collected and settled in fiat, depending on your console settings. Supported currencies include Thai Baht (THB), Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), and Sri Lankan Rupee (LKR). You can configure your preferred payout currency in the console. For special requests, please reach out to our support team.

Funds are transferred to your merchant wallet instantly after each transaction. However, there is a 3-day holding period before they can be withdrawn.

Community owners or authorized staff can request a payout by tapping the “Withdraw” button on the app’s home screen, selecting a linked bank account, and confirming the withdrawal.
Coming soon: You’ll also be able to set up auto-withdrawals, which will transfer funds to your bank account automatically at scheduled intervals.

1. Download the Freedom Merchant App.
2. Sign in or create a new account.
3. If you haven’t created a community yet, the app will prompt you with a message and link to the Freedom Console: https://console.freedom.world/.
4. Follow the link to the console and create your community.
5. Set up your payment configurations in the console.
6. Contact our team to complete KYC verification and activate your community.
7. Once your community is approved, you’ll be able to log into the Merchant App
