Defective or Incorrect Item Returns: If an item arrives in defective or incorrect condition, it qualifies for a Defective/Incorrect return. Customers should provide photos or other evidence to support claims for faster processing. Freedom World covers return shipping costs for these items after the item has been verified and confirmed by the seller as detective or incorrect.

Change of Mind Returns: Customers may return eligible items within 7 days if they meet specific condition requirements and are in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Certain high-risk or high-value items, such as electronics or luxury goods, may be subject to return refusal if tamper-evident seals are broken. Note: A non-refundable restocking fee may apply to selected items. Change of Mind returns do not apply to digital goods, vouchers, tickets, memberships, or other redeemable items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

High-risk items may be subject to further verification and approval, particularly if they are returned with broken or missing tamper-evident seals.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable due to their nature, including digital goods, health-related and consumable products, vouchers, tickets, memberships, and other redeemable items. If you’re uncertain whether an item qualifies for a return, contact Freedom Customer Support.
3. Initiating a Return

To request a return, email Freedom Customer Support at support@freedom.world with your order ID, item details, and reason for the return. For Defective/Incorrect returns, please attach photos and descriptions for quick processing.

Freedom World will handle communication with the merchant, so you won’t need to contact them directly.
4. Resolution Timeframe

Seller Response Period: After receiving a return request, Freedom World will contact the seller with a set response period. Freedom World reserves the right to take final action if the seller does not respond within this timeframe to ensure a timely resolution.

Mediation and Final Decision: Freedom World mediates return disputes and makes a final binding decision to prevent prolonged back-and-forth disputes, protecting Freedom and the customer’s experience
5. Return Shipping Costs

Change of Mind Returns: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise specified by the seller, with a potential restocking fee for high-risk or high-value items.

Defective or Incorrect Returns: Freedom World covers return shipping for defective or incorrect items upon verification and reserves the right to reimburse these costs at its discretion.
6. Refund Process and Timing

Refund Timing: Refunds for Change of Mind and Defective/Incorrect returns are processed within 5 to 7 business days after verification, but for high-value items or specific claims, verification may extend up to 10 business days. All refunds are issued back to the customer’s original payment method, and additional verification steps may be taken to ensure security.
- Reimbursement for Defective or Incorrect Items: Customers are reimbursed for the item cost and verified return shipping once the seller confirms the item is defective or incorrect.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Mediation and Final Decision: In disputes over return eligibility or refund processing, Freedom World as the final mediator, and its decision is binding to maintain consistency and fairness in marketplace transactions. This approach prevents extended mediation and guarantees a structured, reliable return process for all customers.
