Freedom World – Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy
Introduction
Freedom World is owned and operated by Freedomverse Company Limited (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) policy (the “CSAE Policy”) applies to all platforms and services under the Freedom World brand managed and operated by Freedomverse Company Limited.
We maintains zero tolerance for any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, or harm. We are fully committed to safeguarding minors from sexual, physical, and psychological abuse. This CSAE Policy applies to all users and all content shared within our platform, publicly or privately
For clarity, we define "child," "minor," or "children" interchangeably as any individual under the age of 18.
While we encourage community members to raise awareness about important social issues, including child safety and exploitation, sharing content that could re-victimize minors or normalize violence and exploitation is strictly prohibited, irrespective of intent.
We fully comply with local and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- The Criminal Code of Thailand
- The Child Protection Act B.E. 2546 (2003) of Thailand, as amended
- The Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007) of Thailand, as amended
- International standards and conventions related to child protection.
We actively collaborate with Thai authorities, including the Royal Thai Police, the Department of Special Investigation (DSI), the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society (MDES), and the Thailand Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (TICAC).
Prohibited Content and Behaviors
Child Sexual Exploitation
We explicitly forbids any content or behaviors involving child sexual exploitation. This applies equally to real, digitally-generated, or AI-generated media
Not Allowed:- Depictions of minors engaging in sexually explicit or suggestive acts, including digitally manipulated or altered images (e.g., obscured faces or body parts).
- Sharing, posting, linking to, or promoting child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Sexualized comments, fantasies, or discussions directed at or involving minors.
- Links or references to third-party sites containing CSAM.
- Identifying alleged victims of sexual exploitation by name or image.
- Solicitation, grooming, sextortion, or any attempts to sexually exploit minors.
- Recruitment, advertisement, or facilitation of commercial sexual exploitation or trafficking of minors.
- Promoting or glorifying attraction toward minors or normalizing child sexual exploitation.
- Any other action, behavior or content related to child sexual exploitation, as determined at our sole discretion.
Limited Exception:
We may permit limited exceptions only when:
- Content raises awareness or provides education without promoting exploitation or identifying victims explicitly.
- Survivors share their stories without explicit details or identifying information.
- Discussions that advocate for help-seeking behaviors, without normalizing or endorsing child exploitation.
Enforcement Actions:
For violations of our policy, we may:
- Remove violating content immediately.
- Users will typically be immediately and permanently banned.
- Accounts posting or sharing child sexual exploitation material will be reported promptly to the Internet
- Foundation for the Development of Thailand or other appropriate local authorities.
In certain cases, we may require content removal without immediate suspension; however, repeat violations will lead to permanent bans.
Physical Child Abuse Media
We prohibit media depicting physical child abuse to prevent normalization and revictimization.
Not Allowed:- Depicting a child nude, partially clothed, or experiencing harm.
- Shared within an abusive or exploitative context.
- Showing moderate or severe harm to minors.
- Any other action, behavior or content related to physical child abuse, as determined at our sole discretion. sexual exploitation by name or image.
Limited Exception:
We may permit limited exceptions only when:
- The content aims explicitly at rescuing victims or identifying perpetrators.
- Legitimate news organizations share the content responsibly.
Enforcement Actions:
For violations of our policy, we may:
- Remove violating content immediately.
- Require users to remove violating content and possibly impose temporary account restrictions.
- Permanently suspend accounts that repeatedly breach this policy.
Media of Minors in Physical Altercation
We protect minors involved in physical altercations, by balancing awareness with safety considerations.
We evaluate:
- Context of sharing (e.g. educational or informative purposes vs. exploitative or harmful intent).
- Reports from minors or authorized representatives involved.
- The graphic or violent nature of the media.
We may remove or restrict visibility, particularly following credible reports from involved parties.
Reporting Mechanisms
We strongly encourage reporting suspected CSAE violations.

Reporting in Thailand:
If a child in Thailand is at immediate risk, contact Thai authorities:
- Thai Social Assistance Center (call 1300)
- Thai Police Emergency Hotline (call 191)
Additionally, after notifying us, reports can also be directed to the Thailand Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (TICAC) or relevant child protection agencies.
International Reporting:
Reports outside Thailand:
- National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via their CyberTipline or calling 1-800-843-5678 (US-based).
